New self-service machines
Over the summer we have installed new self-service machines in the Main Library (all levels), St Mary’s College Library and JF Allen Library. These new machines will save you time because you no longer need to scan each item, instead you can place a pile of books on the machine and they will be issued to you all at once! You will also no longer receive a paper receipt, instead an email will arrive in your University inbox to say what you have borrowed and the due date (see our other post about our implementation of automatic renewal!).
