Inasmuch window

The University was approached early this year by the daughters of a former long-serving minister of Martyrs Kirk. They wished to donate a new stained glass window that would celebrate work their father had done over many years in bringing disadvantaged children from Glasgow and Edinburgh to have a holiday in St Andrews in the summer. This was known as the ‘Inasmuch’ project.
A window for the foyer of the Martyrs Kirk Research Library was commissioned by the family and designed and produced by local stained glass artist Liz Rowley (http://www.lizrowleystainedglass.co.uk/).
The window is now in place and a plaque to explain its significance will be produced together with a reception to mark its installation.
