Main Library entrance doors and canopy building works begin 22nd June
Essential repairs to the front entrance of the Main Library will begin on Monday the 22nd of June. These works require the complete closure of the entrance until at least Thursday the 25th. We expect contractors to be on site until 4pm each day and it is possible that the work may extend to Friday the 26th. Any noise generated as a result of these repairs should be minimal and brief.
While this work is completed, please enter and exit the Library building through the side doors leading into the café (side shown in the picture opposite). Our security gates will still be operational during the repairs so please remember your ID card in order to enter and exit.
