This year you can choose to recite a poem you’ve memorised from one of the headline poets taking part in StAnza 2016:

Pascale Petit
Don Paterson
Lemn Sissay
Nora Gomringer
Jane Yolen
Thomas Lynch
Jo Bell
Jo Shapcott
Matthew Sweeney
Sean O’Brien

John Burnside

We’ll send you a set of poems (two per poet) to choose from. Or you can make your own separate choice from their works.

A panel of judges will rate the best delivery and pick a winner during the live recital in the University Library on March 4 at 3.30pm.
