We value your feedback and as a thank you for taking the time to fill in one of our You Said We Did feedback cards, we offer the chance to be entered into a prize draw. He also left some lovely comments about the different service and spaces the Library offers:
Library staff are really helpful and never let themselves get rushed – even if there’s a massive queue on, they take the time to make sure your issue is dealt with fully and properly.
He also mentioned that “As a PGT, I really enjoyed the hushed oaky study environment of Martyrs Kirk” but that in the Main Library he “Really like[d] the little book sale stall – have acquired almost too many books there” and that the “Staple/hole-punch station is really handy when you’re a stressed student compiling an essay half an hour before drop-in”.
One of our most heavily used services also got a mention:
Inter-Library Loan was indispensable for me. Staff spent a lot of time looking almost worldwide for books I needed, or even thought I might need, and I really appreciated it.
There is still room for improvement and Esmond suggested that we “Could still do with a second returns station, though!”.
