Fill in our survey and to thank you for taking the time to tell us how you feel we are offering you the chance to win an Amazon Echo! The survey is open to all University staff, students, visitors and anyone who uses the Library.
We’ve been asking you about what you like and don’t like about the Library and we are getting a better understanding of the areas we need to work on.
And where are strengths lie.
To give us a broader picture and allow us to find out more about you, please fill in our short survey (should only take 5 minutes) and tell us how satisfied you are with some of our front-line services.
The services we ask about fall under 3 headings and your feedback will help us gauge how we are doing with:
- Enquiries, support & outreach
- Access to resources
- Spaces
The survey will run from Monday 27th February until Monday 13th March. The winner will be contacted before 31st March.
