How did we do? Satisfaction cards

Recently we displayed cards asking you to tell us what you thought about the Library Service Desk. Cards were displayed in the Main Library, JF Allen and St Marys. Here is how you responded:

  • 33 cards were completed
  • 97% were very happy or happy with the service
  • 100% thought they were treated fairly
  • 97% felt the staff were friendly
  • 97% were happy with how long it took for their question to be answered

To encourage people to pick up the cards, we offered a £10 Topping book voucher.  Thomas was the lucky person who’s card was picked.

Thomas is in his last year studying International Relations and Modern History. He said he found the staff in the Library really helpful and always had a good experience (we are very glad!).
