Here is some information about the charity:

Book Aid International sends over half a million brand new books each year to schools, universities, youth clubs, orphanages and refugee camps in twelve different countries in sub-Saharan Africa. It also helps to set up community and mobile libraries. It provides training for librarians and teachers, as well as helping in the distribution of medical, agricultural and legal information to local practitioners and the wider community. In so doing, it transforms lives by offering people of all ages the chance to read, write and learn – and to lay the foundations for a stronger future. If books matter to you, please take this opportunity to help them matter to others, by paying your library fine on 15th November. Thank you! http://www.bookaid.org/
