This was really hard to take a picture of, but it’s a home-made diorama of Arundel Castle keep, which extends out so you can look through the entrance archway right to the back, viewing various scenes on the way. However it doesn’t willingly extend now. How inventive people used to be. This was probably made by one of the Kings, who lived nearby at Fryern.
