Thank you from your Library
A huge thank you to all of the wonderful staff and students we have worked with this past semester. Although there have been challenges we are grateful to have such gracious colleagues and generous and understanding students.
We launched a survey to ask you how the changes we implemented helped support your work and where we could make changes. We got an amazing 601 responses and although it will take us some time to view and analyse all of the results and comments, we are so happy to say that 85% of those who filled in the survey were satisfied or very satisfied with the Library services overall.
We have been in touch with the winner of the £50 Amazon vouchers and they gave us this comment:
I really appreciate the clean and quiet learning atmosphere at the Martyrs Kirk library and I am grateful for the thoughtful and reassuring actions taken by the university especially during this hard period. I hope every student can make full use of the facilities and enjoy their study in St Andrews.
We thank you again and wish you a restful break and look forward to working with you again next year.
