More bookable study spaces and evening sessions

As we continue to monitor the use of spaces and how we can make more space available, the information about booking and locations is changing quickly. We appreciate that this can be difficult to follow and thank you for your patience as we adapt the service. Check the booking page for information about the new spaces and conditions and follow us on social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.

We are happy to tell you that the Arts Building is now open for all students to book and the Old Burgh School has been opened for Postgraduate Research students. We have also added evening sessions from Monday 8 March in: Library at the Gateway, JF Allen Library, Arts Building and Old Burgh School. All details in the table below.

There continues to be no cap on the number of sessions you can book and you can reserve a space one hour before the session starts. Some spaces allow advance booking up to 7 days before, while other spaces can be booked the day before. We have made these changes to improve availability.

As these spaces are limited and for essential use, please be sure to cancel your booking if you can no longer keep it. You can find the link to cancel in your booking confirmation email.
