Library Collecting Competition 2023 – results!
The Library collecting competition has now closed, and the winners have been chosen.
We had some really great entries, with a wonderful mixture of collections running the gamut from books, photographs and playbills, to socks, rocks and snow globes! The judges had a tough time choosing the winners but eventually settled on five very deserving collectors.

The judges very much enjoyed learning about all the collections that were submitted, and we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who entered the competition.
The next round of the James David Forbes collecting prize, which comes with a top prize of £500, is open to all current University of St Andrews students and closes Monday 4 March 2024.
